Responsibilities

• Develop complete, turnkey training courses using company templates and review processes.
• Review, update, or modernize existing courses as standards or needs change.
• Create course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional content.
• Develop online courses within Rise 360, including structure and assessments.
• Produce video scripts, narration scripts, and visual recommendations.
