Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking an experienced safety education professional to develop, implement, and deliver safety training across projects. You will create educational content and materials, manage training programs, and measure outcomes to improve safety performance.

The role requires coordinating with safety leadership and operations to tailor content for specific projects. Ideal candidates have a safety/health degree, 3–10+ years in construction safety, and strong skills in MS Office, Power

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or equivalent experience.
3–10+ years of safety/health in construction preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA and state/federal safety regs.

Responsibilities

New Hire and Site Safety Orientation: onboarding, drug testing, and site orientation delivery.
Training Program Management: deliver safety training using various formats.
Educational Materials: create manuals, guides, and safety talks.
Evaluation of Education and Training: measure learning outcomes and gather feedback.
Data Analysis and Reporting: document training, attendance, and certifications.
Training Delivery: conduct on-site and online safety training.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: embed risk strategies in programs.
Operational Coordination: develop content with safety leadership and ops teams.
Technology Integration: use MS Office tools to enhance learning materials.
