Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks a Safety Education and Training specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive safety programs across construction sites. You will onboard new hires, create manuals and Safety Talks, and ensure alignment with the Company Safety and Health Management System.

This role requires delivering both on-site and online training and driving measurable improvements. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in safety/health with 3–10+ years in construction safety, and proficient use of MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in safety and health or equivalent.
3–10+ years of safety/health in construction preferred.
Experience developing training materials and programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver safety education and training content.
Onboard new hires with safety orientation and drug testing.
Create manuals, guides, Safety Talks, and handouts; ensure consistent messaging.
Evaluate learning outcomes and training effectiveness to drive improvements.
Maintain training records, attendance, and certifications; generate reports.
Deliver on-site and online safety training; incorporate risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with safety leadership and operations on specialized training needs.
Leverage multimedia and MS Office to enhance materials and learning experiences.
