• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across functions (sales, engineering, marketing, operations, G&A).
• Able to rapidly learn new role competencies by partnering with hiring managers.
• Turn what managers want into compelling job postings and search strategies.
• Fluent across sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and role networks.
• Proactive, personalized outreach to passive candidates; avoid templated blasts.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines ahead of demand.
