Aptive Intelligent Pest Control is seeking a hard-working Corporate Recruiter for our Provo, Utah office. This contractor, full-time role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recruiting corporate roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Workday experience is a plus.

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a contract, full-time Corporate Recruiter positionat our office in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and providing support in the recruitment process
• Identifying qualified candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
• Managing job applicant flow and coordinating interviews with recruiting coordinators and hiring managers
• Coordinate and set up interview appointments with job applicants
• Gather feedback from managers and continuously work as a recruitment partner
• Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related work

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience recruiting for corporate positions
• Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with Workday is a plus
