Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience for exempt level employees in corporate and manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record of developing centralized recruiting activity.
• Ability to collaborate with management at corporate and offsite locations.
• Solid knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines.
• Experience meeting Talent Acquisition goals (Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Agency Utilization, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR business partners.
• Design and execute local and national recruiting strategies.
• Guide candidates from first connection through offer and close.
• Coordinate interviews and all communications between candidates and managers.
• Extend offers with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and Compensation within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation for ATS/HRMS audits.
