Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, resolve PA questions, and prepare reports for clients.

You will own recurring maintenance with clinical review at quality checkpoints, in a hands-on, operational contract role lasting 9–12 months. The position emphasizes collaboration with pharmacists and operational teams, leveraging PBM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver accurate client-facing materials and disruption

Qualifikationen

• HSD or equivalent with active CPhT certification and state licensure as required.
• ~2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, PA support, formulary knowledge.
• Hands-on with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare data and prepare reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims adjudication data and client materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and teams.
• Openness to learning technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Aufgaben

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update prior authorization criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration; resolve drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports; prepare client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology, automation, and AI tools.
