Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems or integration architecture.
• 3+ in 3PL, warehousing, or fulfillment.
• Hands-on cloud WMS experience with multi-client billing.
• Carrier rate/label integrations and ecommerce order feeds.
• Proven requirements, vendor scorecard, and RFP experience.
• Independent, plain-spoken, in a small lean org.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and write prioritized WMS requirements.
• Build weighted vendor scorecards and support RFPs and demos.
• Design integrations across WMS, order management, carrier, ecommerce, and accounting systems.
• Act as technical point of contact with software vendors and guide the client’s integrations specialist.
