Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fee inquiry scenarios.
• Write statement clarification test cases.
• Develop beneficiary update scenarios.
• Author account closure scenarios.
• Grade responses on factual accuracy and conversational tone.

Skills

Front-line or supervisory experience in U.S. bank

Routing judgment

Ability to read a bank fee schedule

Familiarity with Regulation E

Experience with retention-offer eligibility verification

Strong written English (C1+)
