Skills

Front-line or supervisory experience in a U.S. bank

Ability to read a bank fee schedule

Routing judgment

Familiarity with Regulation E timing windows

Experience with retention-offer eligibility verification

Calibrate tone between voice and chat

Strong written English (C1+)
