Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a bank or credit union.
• No specific degree required, but a degree in a related field is a positive signal.
• Strong communication and routing judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate various testing scenarios related to banking fees.
• Write test cases for account-related scenarios.
• Grade responses based on accuracy and tone.

Skills

3+ years of front‑line or supervisory experience

Ability to read a bank fee schedule

Routing judgment

Familiarity with Regulation E timing windows

Experience with retention‑offer eligibility

Ability to calibrate tone

Strong written English (C1+)

Education

Degree in Business, Finance, or Communications (not required)
