Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software test automation, quality engineering, or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test development and debugging.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and defect-tracking skills.
• Experience testing desktop, web, and/or cloud-based applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and implement scalable test automation solutions to improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Create automation test plans and test cases from product requirements, designs, and user workflows.
• Diagnose defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Validate product quality across diverse platforms, operating systems, and deployment environments.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
• Monitor quality metrics and test outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive innovation in test automation, tooling, and quality engineering best practices.
