The candidate will drive end-to-end audits, partner with Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of contract compliance, contract audit, or related experience.
• Experience leading audits with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Customer-facing communication and consulting abilities.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of internal contract compliance audits.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-initiated contract audits and manage audit lifecycle.
• Coordinate audit activities, timelines, and cross-functional participation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, Legal to collect and analyze data.
• Develop executive-level audit reports and presentations communicating findings.
• Interpret contractual terms and provide compliance guidance to internal teams.
• Investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Analyze audit trends and drive process improvements in controls.
