Herc Rentals Inc. is seeking a Contract Audit and Reporting Manager to lead and manage sales contract compliance across the organization. You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal to gather data, analyze discrepancies, and deliver customer-ready reports.

The role demands strong project management, analytical rigor, and exceptional communication to ensure adherence to contractual obligations while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in contract compliance, contract audit, financial audit, or related function.
• Proven experience coordinating internal/external audits with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and validate compliance against contract terms and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of internal contract compliance audits.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-initiated audits and manage full audit lifecycle.
• Coordinate audit activities across functions to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Develop executive-level audit reports and presentations communicating findings.
