Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Contract Audit & Compliance Lead in Cincinnati, OH to strengthen financial and operational integrity by ensuring customer agreements are applied consistently and risks are addressed early.

You will own audits end-to-end, test invoicing against contracts, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Account Teams to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in audit response, contract compliance, or legal operations.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts including audit rights and scope.
• Experience with financial records, invoices, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong written communication due to legal/financial significance.

Responsibilities

• Own audits from intake to closure, including scope, collection, and resolution.
• Test invoicing and service delivery against contracts to identify gaps.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Account Teams; report to senior leadership.
• Maintain audit calendar and data across cornerstone accounts.
• Draft and issue customer-facing audit communications and settlement positions.
• Build and maintain an internal audit function and control improvements.
