The Contract Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Contract Administrator and project teams throughout the lifecycle of construction‑related contracts and compliance activities. This role assists with the preparation, organization, tracking, data entry, and maintenance of purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, insurance documentation, bonding requirements, lease agreements, and related project records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment. The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry and document management, and a proactive approach to supporting contract administration and compliance functions.
