Job summary

You will work with contract owners, specialists, and partners to review, interpret, negotiate terms, and ensure contracts follow the right processes before signature.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with about three years of contract-related experience; paralegal or similar legal background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred.
• Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contract terms, negotiate terms and conditions, evaluate agreements and ensure proper processes before signing.
• Work closely with Contract Owner, Contract Specialist and other parties to ensure compliance with contract management processes.
• Evaluate provisions and execution requirements to support timely approvals and signatures.
