We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into the details, asking the right questions, and keeping multiple agreements organized and moving forward. Abachelor's degree or equivalent experienceis required, and we’d love to find someone with aroundthree years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts. Paralegal or similar legal experience is a plus.

Summary:

The Contract Analyst role is responsible for contract evaluation, organization and analysis. This individual works closely with the Contract Owner, Contract Specialist and other contracting parties to ensure compliance with contract management processes including valuation, interpretation of contract provisions, negotiation of terms and conditions and execution by appropriate signature authority.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • License/Certifications: ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred
  • Experience: Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
