Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Contract Analyst - Legal Affairs to help move contracts from review and negotiation through final approval and execution. You\'ll work closely with contract owners, specialists, and other partners to review and interpret contract terms, negotiate terms and conditions, evaluate agreements, and ensure contracts follow the right processes before they\'re signed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• License/Certifications: ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred
• Experience: Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Contract evaluation, organization and analysis.
• Collaborate with Contract Owner, Contract Specialist and other contracting parties to ensure compliance with contract management processes including valuation, interpretation of provisions and execution.
