Job summary

Jackson is seeking a Contracts Specialist to review and draft contracts, advise internal teams on contractual matters, and ensure policy compliance. You will assist in interpreting statutes and supporting Procure-to-Pay processes, with back-up support for the contracting module.

The role involves contributing to general corporate projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of contracting or contract law experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
2+ years of contracting or contract law experience is required.
Ability to review and draft contracts and advise on contractual matters.

Responsibilities

Facilitates the contracts review process, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
Advises business personnel and legal colleagues on contractual matters.
Supports compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Assists with reviewing statutes/regulations and their impact.
Supports Procure-to-Pay processes and contract modules.
Provides back-up support on the contracting module.
Contributes to General Corporate projects as requested.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
