The Contract Analyst is responsible for executing contract development tasks to advance workforce development initiatives within the Family Investment Administration’s (FIA) Office of Workforce Development (OWD) at the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. In this capacity, the position supports the creation, implementation, renewal, and amendment of agreements backed by local, state, and federal resources, such as Temporary Cash Assistance (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T), and related workforce initiatives.

Experience: Seven years of experience, three years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
