Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in human services program administration or studies/analyses.
• Four additional years in the administration of a human services program or related analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracts for workforce development services and providers.
• Prepare scopes of work, procurement documents, and contract materials per Maryland procurement regulations.
• Ensure contracts meet TANF, SNAP E&T, and related funding requirements.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and reporting.
