You will review case details to determine coverage intent and handle both standard and complex non-standard cases for new and existing groups, while collaborating with underwriters and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory

Job description

The Contract Analyst (or Sr. Contract Analyst, dependent on experience) will create and issue detailed policy documentation, including certificates, schedules, and amendments, ensuring alignment with sold coverage. Will also review and analyze case details to determine coverage intent, handling both standard and complex non-standard cases for new and existing groups.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Contract Analyst: $23.25 - $28.88 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Sr. Contract Analyst: $25.50 - $32.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review and analyze case information to ensure requested coverage aligns with policyholder needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Knowledge of insurance coverages, contract terminology, or group claims processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other PC tools.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
