You will review case details to determine coverage intent and handle both standard and complex non-standard cases for new and existing groups, while collaborating with underwriters and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proficiency in documenting and analyzing policy details.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze case information to ensure requested coverage aligns with policyholder needs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and field representatives to resolve discrepancies and clarify coverage details.
• Create, format, and issue policies, certificates, schedules, and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinating with compliance teams as needed.
• Participate in special projects and maintain reports to track progress and service.
