Job summary

Potelco, Inc. in Sumner, WA is seeking a Contract Administrator to develop, negotiate, and manage contracts across teams and vendors.

You will prepare subcontract agreements, review existing contracts, and ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements as part of a cross-functional effort. The role involves coordinating with internal partners, Quanta West OPUs, and subcontractors, while handling administrative duties and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience working with construction contracts.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and manage contracts in collaboration with the team.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and negotiate terms with partners.
• Review and update existing contracts to ensure compliance.
• Submit and administer Prevailing Wage forms and manage wage requirements.
• Onboard and vet construction and engineering subcontractors; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and maintain records.
