Job summary

Potelco, Inc. is seeking a contracts professional to draft, negotiate, and manage subcontract agreements. You will collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure compliant, timely contract execution across projects.

You'll onboard subcontractors, monitor wage compliance, procure bonds and licenses, maintain records, and support risk management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills
• 2+ years of experience working with construction contracts
• Negotiation and Analytical Skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Access)
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on contract consolidation, creation, and execution.
• Prepare subcontract agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
• Review and update existing contracts.
• Submit Prevailing Wage forms and enforce requirements.
• Procure bonds, certificates of insurance, and licenses.
• Onboard and vet construction and engineering subcontractors.
• Support internal partners and Quanta West OPUs.
• Record keeping, filing, copying, scanning, and routine tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
