Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Contract Administrator for its Seattle 552 operations based in Woodinville, WA. You will support payroll, accounts payable, onboarding, and contract management while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in office administration.
• Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll/certified payroll process and accounts payable.
• Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Process travel and expense requests.
• Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.
• Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators, as needed.
