Preston Recruitment Group is seeking a Construction Contracts Administrator for our Seattle-headquartered design-build contractor client. The role supports the project management team by setting up projects in the ERP system and handling administration, compliance, and closeout tasks.

You will work within a collaborative, hybrid work environment that values client partnerships, transparency, and efficient documentation processes across financial, retail and education sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction contracts administration.
• Experience with compliance and project documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish projects in the ERP system and manage related documentation.
• Track changes and manage project billings.
• Oversee project closeout documentation and compliance.

Job Description

This Seattle-headquartered general contractor is an expert in design-build, working extensively in the financial, retail and private higher-education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base and extensive repeat users and they are growing their team in Seattle.

Working as aConstruction Contracts Administrator, you will actively support the project management team with administration tasks including establishing projects in the ERP system, managing project related documentation including compliance, tracking changes, project related billings, and project documentation closeout.
