JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing service and billing documentation and supporting the resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service
* Support resolution of customer credit and/or documentation issues.
* Utilizing SAP and CRM systems to manage customer/field requests
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associates degree in Business or relevant with one year of experience with collections, credit, call centers
* Experience working with SAP and CRM
* Attention to detail with excellent record keeping and organization
* Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
