  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including review, documentation, compliance tracking, and records maintenance, as the Contract Administrator
  • Assist with Medicaid application processes, referrals, and required documentation uploads within internal systems as the Contract Administrator
  • Coordinate credentialing activities for providers, ensuring licenses and supporting documents are complete and current as the Contract Administrator
  • Monitor contract compliance with state, local, and regulatory funding requirements, particularly for community-based care services, as the Contract Administrator
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files and support internal teams with contract-related inquiries as the Contract Administrator
