Reporting directly to the Director of Contract Management, you’ll be responsible for negotiating, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with the administrative and programmatic requirements of assigned contracted providers (Subcontractors), invoice verification, technical support and training, fostering positive working relationships with assigned Subcontractors, collaborating with other departments to facilitate shared goal achievement and Subcontractor contract compliance, and promoting the agency’s mission and vision. Position serves as agency’s Subcontractor Affairs Ombudsman as first point of contact for questions, concerns, and disputes.
