USA Compression Partners, LP in the United States is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contract information from sales and field staff through corporate systems and billing. This role requires careful handling of Master Service Agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
The successful candidate will coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams, ensure accurate data entry, and produce reports on contract status and financial aspects.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing the flow of contract information throughout their lifecycle from sales representatives and field staff to a corporate database, as well as to the accounting department. They will be a committed team player who is detail-oriented and efficient, professional and personable. The successful candidate will have the ability and desire to fully utilize the technological resources provided to perform all tasks effectively.
Require intimate understanding of contractual requirements and process of Master Service Agreements, amendments, assignments, and other related legal agreements.
Identify proposed contract changes from customers and negotiate closely with corporate counsel.
Act as a central point of contact for sales, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders.
Collect and process information to be sent to Accounts Receivable for billing.
Improve upon existing systems, processes and procedures to streamline and optimize.
Oversee contracts and contracts related documents throughout their lifecycle.
Provide reports in various formats as required to support short- and long-term company objectives.
Prepare reports on contract status, financial aspects, and potential issues for management and other relevant parties.
Ensure contract files are maintained and organized and update and maintain the corporate databases.
Provide support or lead miscellaneous projects to achieve company goals as required.
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration in gas compression services.
Business focus, solution and problem solving oriented, and ability to assess contractual topics and issues.
Corporate environment experience preferred. Public companies experience a plus.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Accuracy, organizational skills, and outstanding attention to detail are extremely important.
Candidate needs to be very focused, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-disciplined.
Excellent data entry, word processing, and document/file management skills are necessary.
Candidate needs to be resourceful, and some research skills are helpful.
Ability to understand written and verbal communication from the company and supervisor including training, procedures, instructions, etc.

The position requires periodic research though files for data collection.
