Duties

Performance Contracting is seeking a Contract Administrator for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Fayetteville, GA. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in payroll processing and accounts payable.
  • Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service.
  • Conduct new employee orientation.
  • Process travel and expense requests.
  • Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.
  • Support contract management and assist the Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators as needed.
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Local to the Atlanta metro area.
