Job summary

Astreya is seeking a detail-focused contracts administrator in Atlanta, GA to process contracts and amendments in line with client policies. You will maintain an internal database with legal documents and support in preparing and revising contracts for goods and services.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with up to two years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage high volumes and deadlines in a team environment. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from four-year college or university and 0–2 years’ related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Process contracts according to client policies.
  • Assist in preparation of service termination processing via amendments.
  • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents.
  • Assist in preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.
  • Handle the acquisition, distribution, and store of equipment and supplies.
  • Dispose of unclaimed property.
  • Assist in proposal planning and administration of contracts.
  • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
  • Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized files.
  • Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract including original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
  • Perform closing activities as needed.
  • Track payments and deadlines.
  • Analyze and mitigate risk.

Salary Range
