Job summary

Astreya Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator II in Farmington Hills, MI to ensure timely, accurate contract execution on client and vendor sides. The role focuses on policy adherence, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.

You will process contracts, maintain a central database of legal documents, and perform monthly quality checks to ensure accuracy. A bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years’ related experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English; high attention to detail; strong data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines; highly organized with multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Process contracts according to client policies.
  • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents.
  • Quality check the key terms and conditions in contracts post signature.
  • Enter key terms and conditions from contract into database.
  • Create deliverables from contract in database for reporting.
  • Perform reporting and quality checks on data input into database monthly.
  • Work on projects to correct data and align data according to new processes.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders when issues arise on contracts.
