Job summary

Universal Music Group in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Contract Admin Manager to review, draft, and manage licensing contracts. Based in Santa Monica, you will support the Licensing and Partnerships team, act as signatory for boilerplate forms, and ensure timely processing of licenses in the CRM system.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Business Affairs, and internal staff, while guiding one direct report.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and processing legal contracts in a professional setting.
• Entertainment industry or publishing background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract redlines and draft standard form agreements.
• Adhere to contract turnaround guidelines and client requirements.
• Process fully executed licenses in the CRM database and forward to billing.
• Maintain organized filing system for license and contract archives.
• Join client calls to ensure efficient contract resolution.
