Job summary

  • Experience in DoD contracting environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of federal government contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications from award through closeout.
  • Review contracts, modifications, task orders, and related documentation to identify requirements, deliverables, funding, periods of performance, and other key contractual terms.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract files and supporting documentation.
  • Track contract funding, modifications, deliverables, option periods, and other important contractual milestones.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, Finance, HR, and management regarding contract requirements and changes.
  • Assist with contract setup and maintenance within company systems.
  • Monitor contract requirements and help ensure required documentation and deliverables are submitted timely.
  • Assist with preparation and processing of contract modifications, funding actions, and other contractual documentation.
  • Support subcontract and vendor documentation as needed.
  • Assist with contract closeout activities.
  • Communicate with government contracting personnel and internal stakeholders regarding administrative contract matters.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal contracting requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and requests for contract documentation.

Position Summary

Anchor Innovation, Inc. (Anchor) is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the administration and management of our government contracts. This position will work closely with management, program managers, finance, and other internal teams to help ensure contracts are properly administered, documented, and maintained in accordance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with U.S. Government contracts, understands federal contracting requirements and terminology, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of federal government contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications from award through closeout.
  • Review contracts, modifications, task orders, and related documentation to identify requirements, deliverables, funding, periods of performance, and other key contractual terms.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract files and supporting documentation.
  • Track contract funding, modifications, deliverables, option periods, and other important contractual milestones.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, Finance, HR, and management regarding contract requirements and changes.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience with U.S. Government contracts is required.
  • Working knowledge of federal government contracting processes, terminology, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Program Managers, Finance, HR, management, government customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
  • Experience working within the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant government contract administration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–5 years of government contracting or contract administration experience preferred.
