Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in a large-scale corporate environment with $100M+ annual revenue.
• Oversee customer-facing billing systems, including electronic invoicing platforms and online billing portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer invoice portals and electronic invoicing platforms.
• Support accounts receivable and collections activities while escalating outstanding payment and billing concerns.
• Process and submit invoices, address billing portal issues, and maintain compliance with customer invoicing requirements.
• Oversee the shared accounts receivable mailbox and promptly address customer billing inquiries.
• Monitor invoice portal performance and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance billing processes.
• Partner with Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams to support customer onboarding and address portal-related requests.
• Provide additional support as needed.
