Geeks.Online is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Maryland/DC/VA area. This commission-only role rewards top performers with significant earnings potential and requires strong sales skills and tech affinity.

Responsibilities include prospecting new business, delivering presentations and demos, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining CRM records, with travel within the DMV region as needed. This role offers performance-based earnings and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in IT services or technology-related fields.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).

Commission Structure

RecurringRevenue (Managed IT Services): Earn 50% of theprofit in the first year, 30% in the second year , and 10% in thethird year for subscriptionservices.

One-TimeSales (Hardware Sales, Setup Fees, etc.): Earn 50% of theprofit on all new one-timesales.

EstimatedAnnual Earnings: $60,000–$120,000+based on performance, with top performers exceeding$150,000.
