Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer or supplier concerns and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Manage QA guidelines, procedures and programs to increase building efficiency and inventory integrity.
• Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation and coordinate repairs.
• Troubleshoot systems applications in collaboration with ISD and vendors.
• Foster belonging, collaboration, and ethical conduct aligned with Walmart values.
