Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to drive value across divisions by optimizing quality, productivity, and profitability. You will partner with business leaders to identify and implement improvement initiatives, measure impact, and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards.

The role requires a engineering degree, 5+ years in power generation CI/quality, and strong skills in lean, project management, RCA, and facilitation.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related field experience in quality/continuous improvement in Power Generation or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles; proficiency in project management and facilitation.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems - ISO requirements; RCA and CAPA; proficient with office software to create forms/documents.

Responsibilities

• Work with Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement to identify strategic improvement opportunities across MD&A Divisions.
• Coordinate with business leaders to assess, prioritize, and align improvement projects with business objectives and operational needs.
• Facilitate, execute, and complete focused improvement projects with division staff.
• Establish metrics to monitor effectiveness of improvements in quality, cost, waste reduction, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Assist in auditing operations to identify process deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure process changes and improvements are thoroughly documented for training and maintenance and comply with QMS and regulatory requirements.
