- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring resources are aligned and objectives are achieved.
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and help build improvement capabilities throughout the organization.
- Coach leaders, project teams, and employees on problem-solving techniques, process optimization, and change management principles.
- Partner with stakeholders across the site to gain support for improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership.

Type: Direct Hire
- To be a champion in this role, you will need:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
