Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence in a Gainesville manufacturing environment. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency, delivering measurable business results.

You will manage a portfolio of improvement projects, coach teams, train staff, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
