Job summary

Godshall Recruiting in Gainesville, Florida is seeking a Senior CI Leader to drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing and industrial environments. You will lead multiple improvement projects, coach teams, and deliver training to build capabilities and sustain improvements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and measurable business impact, with a strong focus on change management and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
