Qualifications

• 7+ years in continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven strategies.
• Track savings, set milestones, and report progress to leadership.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
