Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in New York, NY, seeks a Manager, Continuous Improvement to drive Lean initiatives, improve operations, and deliver cost savings across functions.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teams, and apply Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven methods to raise productivity and customer satisfaction. The role features a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with competitive compensation, annual bonus up to 200% of target, equity, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in continuous improvement or operational excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable
• PMI/PM certification desirable
• Proven ability to lead change and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of Lean and continuous improvement across the organization
• Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement
• Lead cross-functional projects to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Set objectives, timelines, and success metrics for initiatives
• Track monthly savings and progress toward annual goals
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements
