Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Six Sigma or Lean cert.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment; process improvement or operational excellence.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to optimize efficiency.
• Manage improvement projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.
• Educate and coach teams on Lean/Six Sigma principles and run Kaizen events.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
