Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with successful delivery track record.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Manage improvement projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
