Brunswick is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Brownsburg, IN to lead CI initiatives across the distribution center. You will partner with senior leaders to plan and execute Lean Six Sigma projects, building a data-driven case for improvements that boost safety, quality, service and cost efficiency.

You will mentor teams, develop an CI roadmap, and drive culture change with measurable financial benefits. A Green Belt and strong leadership are required for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain or related field.
• 4-7 years experience with 3-5 years LSS/CI application.
• LSS Green Belt certification.
• Understanding of P&L, overhead and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-wide CI initiatives across Brownsburg DC to fix operational issues.
• Develop and maintain CI roadmap for operation.
• Lead CI steering committee to support financial and employee development goals.
• Execute Lean Six Sigma strategies aligned with long term objectives.
• Utilize data to uncover bottlenecks and quantify benefits.
