Responsibilities

• Conducts process improvement and continuous improvement analyses to identify upgrades aligned with business goals.
• Implements complex process enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
• Partners with functional teams to discuss needs for business improvements and strategize solutions.
• Reviews diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects.
• Implements process enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
• Works with all levels to ensure smooth transitions to new programs and solutions.
• Utilizes metrics to demonstrate impact of implemented changes.
• Coaches and mentors lower level professionals.
