Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading CI/engineering teams and driving KPI-based performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize operations dashboards covering productivity, cost, labor efficiency, machine utilization, capacity, throughput, and quality.
• Lead engineers and maintenance/reliability teams to implement practical improvements.
• Engage front-line associates to capture ideas and scale successful improvements.
• Apply AI, analytics and digital tools to improve plant performance and decision making.
• Develop financially validated improvement roadmaps with clear ownership and timelines.
